Engage with our learning sessions, hosted by Pardeep (Paddy), and Josh. Pardeep is passionate about helping people build better human skills to be more productive and thrive in today’s fast paced world. He graduated from the worst performing High School in the UK. He has gone on to advise CEOs and Executives on effective innovation strategies to some of the biggest brands on the planet, as well as guest lecturer at the University of Birmingham MBA programme.

Josh is Novuna’s Leadership Development Partner. The role is all about how we can best support leaders across the organisation to be the best they can be and, in turn, help their people. You may have seen Josh most recently travelling the country delivering LEAP.
